No. We don't ask for a credit card until you choose to upgrade. A Trial starts with all Premium features for 14 days, then you will automatically switch to the Free plan at the end of the trial.
A website is a brand, business or project. Each website is isolated with it's own settings, team members, messages and so on.
No. All prices are based on the set of features you need. For instance to connect to channels or integrations a particular plan will be required. However, you won't be limited by any other metric regardless of how many contacts you have, or visitors in a month etc.
Yes, of course! You can upgrade or downgrade as often as you like. There is no contract or minimum term so you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
